This policy explains how Housing Acres approaches safe property enquiries, client privacy, intermediary conduct, anti-fraud controls and transaction caution.

- Brokerage, taxes, stamp duty, registration charges and third-party fees must be confirmed in writing before payment.
- No token, brokerage, service fee, rent advance or other payment should be made without documented authorization and receipt.

Intermediary Conduct
- Housing Acres acts as a broker, property service facilitator and real-estate intermediary for discovery, enquiry handling and coordination.
- Housing Acres does not force any buyer, seller, tenant, landlord, builder, investor or partner to complete a transaction.
- Every party remains responsible for independent legal, financial, title, approval, tax and documentation verification.
Client Protection
- Private owner, visitor and lead contact details are protected by default and should not be shared publicly without authorization.
- Users should avoid cash dealings, off-record payments, unverified token transfers and informal commitments without written confirmation.
- Site visits, meetings and document exchange should be coordinated through safe, traceable and professional channels.
Anti-Fraud And Misuse
- False submissions, fake listings, impersonation, forged ownership claims, abusive messages, spam and attempts to bypass access controls are prohibited.
- Housing Acres may restrict access, pause enquiries, preserve records, request additional verification or cooperate with lawful authority requests where required.
- Users should report suspicious property claims, pressure tactics, unverified payment requests or impersonation attempts to support@housingacres.com.
Documentation And Payment Caution
- Documentation checks may be requested before serious negotiations, publication, token discussion or transaction progression.
- No token, brokerage, service fee, rent advance or other payment should be made without written confirmation, receipt and independent verification.
- Housing Acres does not guarantee appreciation, rental yield, resale value, loan approval, legal clearance or transaction closure.
