How To Raise A Grievance
- Users may contact support@housingacres.com for privacy requests, content correction requests, suspicious listing reports, impersonation concerns, payment caution reports or misuse complaints.
- Include the enquiry reference, page URL, property title or relevant communication details where available, but do not send sensitive documents through public forms unless specifically requested through a secure process.
- Housing Acres will review grievances on a reasonable-effort basis and may request additional information to identify the issue.
Review And Response
- Housing Acres may correct public information, pause a listing, restrict access, preserve operational records, request verification or respond through the registered contact channel.
- Property details, title, ownership, approvals, encumbrances, pricing and availability remain subject to independent verification by the parties and qualified professionals.
- Grievance handling does not create a guarantee of transaction closure, legal clearance, refund, compensation or statutory outcome.
Indian Legal Context
- Fraud, cheating, impersonation, forged documents, intimidation, criminal misuse or other unlawful conduct may be preserved and reported where appropriate under applicable law, including contextual awareness under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
- Consumer concerns may involve the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 where applicable, and real-estate project matters may require independent RERA review under the Real Estate (Regulation and Development) Act, 2016.
