- Brokerage, taxes, stamp duty, registration charges and third-party fees must be confirmed in writing before payment.

Allowed Use
- Users may browse property information, submit genuine enquiries, submit authorized listing requests and contact Housing Acres for real-estate service support.
- Submissions must be truthful, authorized and relevant to residential, commercial, land, rental, PG, investment or related property needs.
- Users should obtain independent legal, financial, title, approval, tax and documentation advice before entering any transaction.
Prohibited Use
- False listings, forged records, impersonation, unauthorized owner representation, spam, abusive content, scraping, malware, credential abuse and attempts to bypass privacy or site access controls are prohibited.
- No payment should be made without documented authorization, written terms and receipt. Brokerage and taxes must be confirmed in writing.
- Housing Acres may suspend access, preserve records, reject submissions or cooperate with lawful authority requests where required.
Legal Awareness
- Misrepresentation, fraud, forged documents, impersonation, intimidation and criminal misuse may attract legal consequences under applicable Indian law, including contextual awareness under the Bharatiya Nyaya Sanhita, 2023.
- Contractual commitments should be reviewed under relevant contract principles, including the Indian Contract Act, 1872 where applicable.
